The Rarotonga Sailing Club is an incorporated society in the Cook Islands. Our constitution sets out the club’s objectives, governance roles and responsibilities.
We hold an annual general meeting for members in August at which the executive committee is elected and matters relating to the club’s constitution and governance are addressed.
Members of the RSC agree to comply with the constitution, regulations and policies of the RSC.
